Job Purpose

The Assistant Station Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the train station, which includes preparing the station for rail service, conducting security patrols at station premises and on train platforms, providing customer service, and performing duties in the Passenger Service Centre. Project Safety Manager

a. Minimum 10 years of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) experience in the construction industry, preferably 5 years with developer/main

What You Will Do

Collections:

• Responsible for monthly collections of a specified amount. Handle client requests, send weekly reminders, and follow up on overdue accounts every 14 day until payment is received.
• Update and check the AR list weekly, coordinate with the credit control team to generate SOA, and chase payments.

Billings:

• Generate bills through the portal and track to ensure monthly targets are met.
• Compile managers' billing data in a pivot table, match against their allocated portfolio, and inform them of unfulfilled amounts and revenue targets.
• Manage fee recovery for each engagement, adjust recovery rates, and bill upon completion of work.

General Admin:

Requirements:
