We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Engineer/Lead to manage and enhance our client's ServiceNow platform, aligning it with business needs. The role involves driving platform improvements, process automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement IT workflows, processes, and standards.
• Lead platform upgrades and enhancements.
• Automate CMDB processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices and integration strategies.
• Document processes and provide training for effective platform use.
• Ensure all implementations meet policies and standards.
• Oversee system testing and platform improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience translating requirements into ServiceNow functionality.
• Expertise in IT workflows, ServiceNow enhancements, and automation.
• Collaborative team player with leadership skills.

Job Description & Requirements

• Installation, support and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and peripheral device

• Responsible for troubleshooting in Operating system Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.

• Performs administrative functions and provides administrative support to project team and/or executive group in field or office as designated by management.
• Transcribe and distribute project documents and correspondence such as the subcontract base, subcontracts, purchase orders and various letters, create and maintain paper and electronic project flies according to company’s guidelines.
• Maintain and track project information for project team as directed.
• Follow up with subcontractors regarding project paperwork, eg. claim, certificate, delivery order etc as needed.
• Assist project team with closeout coordination and preparation of O & M manuals.
• Work with Executive Director / project manager(s) a directed to achieve departmental objectives.
• Assist Executive Director / project managers to prepare project documentation, eg cashflow, progress claim to client, project insurance, schedules etc.
• Order supplies for project team/office.
• Maintain personal, office and jobsite space and filing in a neat and organized manner.
• Set up project binders and order project drawings from local printing resources.
• Assist project team in the preparation and distribution of project punch lists to venders/subcontractors.
• Archive all project documentation according to company and/or client requirement.
• Participate in project and/or team meetings as needed.
• Assist with daily planning of managers schedules, meetings, interviews and possibly travel (through corporate agency), if assigned.
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures as designated by company.

Responsibilities:

• Creates detailed designs for HVAC systems, including calculating heating and cooling loads, selecting appropriate equipment, and specify in system components.
• Prepares technical documentation/drawings, including Equipment Technical Specification, Duct & Instrument Diagram, Functional Design Specification, and Site Acceptance Test etc., and submit as per project schedule.
• Lead and manage technical meetings with shipyard/client.
• Works closely with shipyard/client, production and project team, suppliers and auditors
• Assist Engineering manager for engineering design and drawings works
• Other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the HVAC marine and offshore sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software (AutoCAD), Carrier HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel.
