- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot various aircon systems, including wall-mounted, ceiling cassette, ducted units, AHU, and cooling towers.
2. Possess in-depth knowledge of VRV systems from all brands, chilled water systems, and split units.
3. Perform chemical cleaning and routine servicing of air conditioning units.
4. Installation skills are a plus and will be appreciated.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in aircon servicing and troubleshooting.
2. Possession of a Class 3 Driving License is advantageous.
3. Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
