Job Description:
· Responsible for achieving monthly sales targetsset for all outlet in both Singapore and Malaysia.
· Responsible to lead all the outlets to achieve Sales KPIs
· Review daily sales performance of each outlet
· Conduct a weekly and fortnight sales review to identify and close gaps if any
· Coach Branch Managers to develop and maximize their performance
· Identify current and future customers requirements by establishing a good rapport
· Partner with management team to develop and implement sales strategies and any other operations planning
· Perform personal sales consultation to keep sales skills abreast
· Ensure outlet’s operation is aligned with SOPs and Government regulations
· Manage sales team and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
· Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
· Improve sales performance for existing staff performance via providing continuous training and coaching plan
· Lead the outlet staff in continuous learning and personal growth
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
· Strong leadership, pleasant and outgoing personality
· 5 years’ relevant working experience with proven Sales Achievement in similar industries (Health / Wellness / Beauty / Spa)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint to prepare PPT and analytics data
· Good English and Chinese to communicate with a dynamic team
· Ability to set challenging goals, priorities task and overcome obstacles
· Ability to lead, inspire/develop interest/ enthusiasm others
· A self-motivator with keen interest in providing leadership to guide others for success
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Sales driven and sales result oriented
