Job Responsibilities :
1. Financial management: Create budgets, analyze financial data, and monitor cash flow. Overseeing business strategies that will earn profits, oversee accounting operations, and provide monthly report on where is the money going within the business
2. Financial reporting: Prepare financial reports for investors and management, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
3. Human Resources and Personnel management: Hire, train, and manage finance and accounting staff. Familiar with Singapore Practice in accordance with the Ministry of Manpower Requirements.
4. Operations management: Oversee office operations, facilities, and equipment
5. Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. like for Property Lease , outsource Information Technology
Job Requirements :
1. Degree in finance and accounting, CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
2. 10 years of experience and above in accounting and operational management in Singapore
2. 10 years of experience and above in Human Resources Practice in Singapore
3. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (MYOB, APPAC, and the like )
4. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices in Singapore
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesc
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
