Position Overview:

As a Executive Supervisor Housekeeper you will be responsible for daily cleaning and overseeing the cleanliness of guest rooms assigned to you in accordance with our guidelines and SOPs. You will report directly to the Room and Building Operations Manager. Apart from cleaning, you will also perform audits of vacant rooms and buildings under management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Stocktake

3. Ad Hoc Duties:

- Follow strict SOPs to assist guests who may did not bring their keycards or retrieve their mobile key

- Respond to emergency situations (for example false alarm fire alarms) following established procedures and protocols.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicate pertinent information to the day shift team for a smooth transition of operations.

- Collaborate with the day shift housekeeping department to manage room inventory, ensuring accurate status and availability.

5. Physical fitness

- You are required to move between buildings at night to perform your tasks and attend to guests requests. You must be fit and like being on the go.

Team development and management

• Responsible for all aspects of Front-of-House operations at the outlet, including the supervision of the restaurant management team, service, bar, and hostess teams, in carrying out their roles and responsibilities.

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy with the MBS Marketing Team and Maximal Concepts to drive higher foot traffic and PR mileage for the restaurant. Take the initiative to monitor all marketing and social media channels and analyze the return of investment (“ROI”) of marketing campaigns.

Workplace safety and health

• Create a safe and clean working environment by emphasizing importance of workplace safety and hygiene, and ensuring employees are sufficiently trained on such aspects.
• Perform weekly Front-of-House inspections, where needed, to follow up on critical repairs and addition & alteration works, in collaboration with Facilities.

Financial performance and accounting responsibilities

• Work closely with restaurant management team to increase outlet’s productivity and efficiency. Review operating results with the restaurant management team and present monthly P&L results with MBS and Maximal Concepts management team.
