Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and care for the assigned field teams of MMS.
• Provide consultative and leadership guidance to CDs, field teams and CCOs in the formulation and implementation of approved field strategies, goals, and budget to achieve the established goals.

Job Requirements

• Possess a theological degree from a college recognized by MMS.
• At least 7 years of ministry experience related to Christian missions in South East Asia region.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various key stakeholders.
• Able to communicate effectively across many levels of committees headed by clergy and laity.
• Able to work well independently and under challenging timelines.
• Good project management knowledge in planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Good business and financial knowledge.
