Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) was formed to represent the property agencies and property agents in Singapore and is the leading industry association for the real estate agency industry. With the support from the statutory board i.e. Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and the major Estate Agencies, SEAA aims to be a cohesively strong voice for property agencies and property agents and to advocate and further their common interests.
SEAA ensures that the industry remains relevant and sustainable by promoting continuous learning, upgrading, ethical standards and professional development amongst its 6500 members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This admin position is a shared resource for the Professional Development Team and Membership and Communications Team. The candidate will assist the teams in the running of the courses/events and membership matters.
Role and Responsibilities:
Under Professional Development
Manage the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses:
- Assist with publicity effort for the courses through various communication channels
- Manage end-to-end coordination and liaise with course trainers and participants to ensure seamless execution
- Oversee the course registration process and attend to course participants’ queries
- Communicate important course information, updates, and announcements to participants
- Schedule and organize course logistics including venues, materials, equipment, Zoom, etc
- Maintain accurate and organized records of participant attendance, assessments, and feedback
- Prepare and distribute certificates of completion and other relevant documentation
- Prepare and submit statistical reports to management
Under Membership & Communications
Assist with membership matters:
- Support membership events (e.g. Industry Conferences and Awards) including but not limited to events registration, cold calling, payment and onsite facilitation
- Assist with membership communication e.g. content generation for membership e-bulletins, survey, announcements
- Maintenance of membership database
- Minutes taking for meetings
Job requirements:
- Entry Level
- Good communication, administrative and organization skills
- Self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Proficient in English, computer literate and have basic skills in Microsoft office
This is a contract position with opportunity to convert to full-time position.
