As the PR & Communication Manager, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased fashion perception by managing and leading the PR & Communications team in accordance with H&M values, standards & policies. Working towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work, you are responsible for implementing global strategies while ensuring a strong strategic foundation for the Region’s PR & Communications activities. Being an exceptional leader, you collaborate closely with the other teams in Customer Activation to be able to find synergies and maximize the effect of our earned communication.
You have a strong brand building focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. With your passion for PR & Communications, you are an excellent relationship builder, and you find innovative ways to engage our customers and stakeholders, empowering strong collaboration between channels & teams to become more customer focused. You manage your teams through an insight driven approach, customer and brand focused mindset, bringing others onboard through an inspiring, clear, inclusive, ambitious and pragmatic approach.
Key responsibilities
- You are responsible in supporting the team on executing the regional communication plan based on insights from each individual market and with H&M’s customer and brand in focus, setting goals, priorities and strategies to meet the global and regional overall objectives, ensuring relevance and effective brand building in the short and long term.
- Build, strengthen and protect the H&M brand with trustworthy communication, focusing on proactive Media Relation activities and reactive Crisis Management when needed.
- Drive global strategies with regional adaptations to ensure relevance and effective brand building to elevate the brand whilst optimizing results.
- You are responsible for leading complex projects ranging from region to sales market level, supporting teams in a cross collaboration, keeping a balanced workload, consistently improving processes and delivering on brand excellence.
- Securing a strong regional internal communication plan that can work effectively on sales market level with few adaptations.
