Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable
• Develop understanding of client business and role of online in delivering objectives ways of working from planning to getting approval and billing process

• Book all campaigns according to the brief (with confirmed media) and ensure financials are correct.

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Processing billing instructions with finance/shared service teams
• Mapping vendor invoices against billing instructions
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis. Support Planners to update the media plans based on actualized amount.
• Participate in finance WIP & Precision billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines.
• Maintain co-ownership of WIP report with finance team, ensure that jobs are progressively reconciled and closed

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Participate in finance WIP billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion within three months of activity end date
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries

You will primarily be:

• Responsible for the deployment, and support of ad server tagging delivery through work tickets on JIRA for the TAAG (Technology And Activation Group) Team.
• Supporting our regional data operations team, and platform experts to deploy brand safety solutions for our media where applicable teams across clients in Asia-Pacific.
• Monitor ad server delivery to ensure that ad serving is within norms and no abnormal ad delivery.
• Assisting in taxonomy data governance for various clients across the region.

We're looking for a Senior Media Designer to join our Employer Branding team! This is a 1-year contract position. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to understand content strategies, posting schedules, and copywriting needs for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Actively participate in creative planning sessions to interpret briefs, target audience insights, and objectives, ensuring alignment with the Groupe's social media tone and visual identity.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging posts, including graphics, animations, and video edits, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and more.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos at internal and external events, ensuring coverage aligns with the content calendar and enhances the Groupe’s storytelling.
• Aid social media manager in directing shots and conducting on-the-ground interviews with colleagues, making them feel comfortable while showcasing authentic and compelling stories.
• Adapt creative content to meet platform-specific requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media trends, experimenting with new visual styles and formats to enhance engagement on posts.
• Maintain an organized digital library of assets, including photos, videos, and design templates, for easy access and reuse.

The Media Manager role will primarily be responsible in ensuring day-to-day accounts’ operations are running smoothly, that includes media planning, set ups/implementations, and reporting & billing/reconciliation. Secondary role is to support team’s director in leading and driving initiatives for accounts on hand. The role will be supported by a Media Planner, and will be the directly report to team’s director.

Expectations of an Integrated Media Manager:

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
• Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizations
• Recommend media solutions that consider all potential appropriate channels, across offline media (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) and digital media (direct IO digital and biddable media)
• Build strategies, media frameworks and makes rationalized media recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
• Manages the daily work flow of all client campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives
• Able to organise & delegate, sensitive to needs & problems of reporting staff – works across buying & planning issues
• Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leveraging cases from existing relationships to create new relationships
• Assist in mentoring, and developing team members

The Media Planner role will primarily be responsible for day-to-day accounts’ campaign planning, operations and reporting & reconciliation. The role will be closely supported + guided by an Associate Manager, and will be the direct report as your immediate escalation.

Expectations of an Integrated Media Planner:

1. Planning 

• Day to day campaign planning and management
• Develop solid foundation in media research
• Develop media strategy, channel recommendations, and prepare detailed media plan with sound rationalizing
• Liaise with media vendors and internal practices for media proposals 
• Competitive tracking & reviews (quarterly), media trend updates (monthly)

2. Buying  

• Negotiation with media vendors for rates and value adds 
• Liaison with media vendors for booking of ads (offline and direct IOs buys)
• Operations of digital campaign set ups, primarily on adservers and social platforms (Meta, Linkedin, Tiktok, Google Ads)
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission requirements and deadlines
• Navigate and advise on requirement for site-tagging on client’s site/apps, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing
• Campaign monitoring and preparation of reporting cadences (depending on arrangement with clients/campaigns – weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

3. Reporting & Reconciliation

• End of campaign report preparation with meaningful insights and learnings
• Responsible to ensure campaign is updated on finance platforms
• Supporting finance or team’s buyer in following up issues with vendors’ invoices
• Liaison with team’s buyer on timely invoicing for ended campaigns
• Supporting in year end reviews with accounts on hand
