Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Assistant Manager is a proactive ideator and self-starter who will play a key role in leading the future of luxury hospitality. As the Social Media Assistant Marketing Manager, you will stay on top of the latest social media trends and viral content, with a strong personal following and a talent for creating engaging, shareable content in a B2C environment. You should have a deep understanding of how social media platforms and their algorithms work, and the ability to tailor content for maximum visibility and impact. In this role, you will be responsible for proposing and executing social marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and support the hotel’s ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional guest service and financial profitability. 

Responsibilities: 

• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective social media strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and convert followers into loyal customers. 
• Content & Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end process of organic social media campaigns, including strategy development, content creation, publishing, testing, and reporting across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Little Red Book. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to develop strategic content calendars and  
• campaigns that align with Mondrian Singapore’s brand tone and objectives. 
• Brand Understanding & Content Creation: Deeply understand the profile and interests of Mondrian Singapore Duxton’s guests, crafting engaging content that speaks to their preferences, while remaining consistent with the brand’s voice. 
• Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute paid social media campaigns to drive conversions, generate leads, and increase bookings. 
• Visual Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of on-property experiences, and produce engaging content (such as reels and stories) to highlight the unique aspects of Mondrian Singapore. 
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with followers by engaging with them through thoughtful, impactful community management across all platforms. 
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of social media efforts, leveraging analytics to optimize strategies and measure ROI 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and content management, ideally within the hospitality or entertainment industries 
• In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Little Red Book 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in copywriting, editing, and proofreading 
• Strong skills in shooting photography and video, with a basic understanding of lighting and professional shooting practices 
• Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) to design visually compelling content optimized for different social media platforms 
• Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of content creation, management, and execution 
• Solid understanding of social media tools, advertising platforms, and analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies as needed 
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and content that resonates with diverse audiences 
• A team player who can work effectively with both internal and external partners to meet shared goals and deliver results on time 

Event Management

• Be part of the entire event management process along with event director and wider team
• Support the design and delivery of event and user experience for various types of events (ie. exhibition, conference, awards, etc)
• Responsible for the smooth delivery of the pre-event preparation work and post event reporting to the organization
• Propose ideas to improve customer experience (ie. new programmes, engagement features, etc)
• Take ownership of event partnership; from conceptualization to delivery, including all business proposition and legal documentation
• Take ownership for feature areas from conceptualization to execution
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Operation teams to ensure all elements of the events are in alignment to set up for success

Sponsorship

• Work closely with Event Director and Sales team on sponsorship packages and deliverables
• Work with sales team to design customized sponsorship packages while coordinating with the legal team to maintain contractual integrity.
• Manage and track all sponsorship packages progress
• Serve as main sponsorship liaison person to sponsors - work with sponsors on their package deliverables and to identify their needs, provide feedback and periodic reports when needed

Others

• Onsite and other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned
• Develop deep industry knowledge through internal and external relationships with partners and associations
• Work with event director to ensure that KPIs, ie revenue and customer satisfaction ratings are met
• Coordinate with relevant government stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation.

As the Regional PR Assistant Manager, you are responsible for press communication and activations to drive brand awareness, traffic, as well as building media relationships. ​ In this role, you adapt global brand initiatives for regional markets to secure press coverage, media engagement, while growing the brand community across all digital and physical channels.​

What you will do:

• Lead PR agencies in the relevant markets to ensure that opportunities are maximized and manage the media enquiries
• Work with Regional PR Manager, develop and implement localized communication/PR/media relations strategy for the markets
• Establish workflow and asset co-ordination to provide the local PR agencies with all relevant brand info and strategic updates such as PR plans, press releases, imagery, samples, seeding plans, and suchlike
• Work with affiliate Marketing Team to support with the influencer strategy and seeding across the defined markets
• Manage sample movement regionally and be the point of contact for regional PR teams, agencies, and Showroom teams
• Collaborate with local teams to identify suitable celebrities and KOLs for each campaign to meet brand objective and business goal
• Support the local teams and agencies to implement press gifting and seeding strategies
• Monitor and track results against KPIs and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for relevant projects

The Event Marketing Project Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility for the assigned project. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to the project team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required.

• Manages day-to-day project logistics and event execution with internal partners, creating event marketing efficiencies for Citi across all business units.
• Collaborates with business unit managers on event strategies and special projects, solution oriented.

Partner with outside vendors for onsite audiovisual and technology support at non-Citi venues. Excellent negotiating skills a must.
• Initiates development of web registration sites with web developer; reviews content to ensure accuracy; responds to attendee inquiries noted on registration forms; provide reports to client on a consistent basis indicating changes or updates.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

The media relations role helps to build awareness of the University’s activities and strengths by optimising media publicity for the University on various media and communication platforms, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, its industry and academic partners, and various government ministries and agencies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Assistant Manager, Media Relations is to source newsworthy and impactful stories across the University in the areas of education, research and innovation, with a focus on science communication, and to conceptualise and develop communciation plans that result in sustained and positive publicity for the University.

With a strong nose for news and the abilty to sift through information, you are to translate NTU’s research discoveries and innovations into positive stories in local and international media and the University’s various communication platforms.

A versatile and passionate communicator, you are to develop communication plans for media publicity projects that may include new corporate initiatives and announcements, launch of academic and research programmes, and various achievements by the University and the NTU community to engage the University’s stakeholders.

You will help develop and implement integrated communication strategies that highlight the University’s strengths in research and innovation, with a strong focus on sustainability research, that cut across the different communication functions of the Corporate Communications Office, to obtain sustained and favourable publicity in local and international media.

We need someone creative who enjoys developing publicity worthy content and who has the analytical ability to sift through information and zoom in to find the gems and apply a sharp focus to get the job done ahead of time, and at the highest quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, or other applicable disciplines.

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in journalism is preferred, or experience in editorial writing or in a media relations role in a large organisation.

• Excellent news sense and experience of news and feature writing and editing, and ability to convey messages succinctly, responsibly, and accurately.

• An exemplary writer with exceptional editing, writing and storytelling skills, as well as editorial packaging abilities and the ability to use multimedia storytelling to advance stories.

• Demonstrated ability to tailor communications for a broad range of audiences and on both print and digital platforms.
