RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview:

The Digital Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve our brand's objectives. This role focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing content across social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Media Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
   Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive customer acquisition and retention.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing:Optimize web content to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
   Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
   Track and analyze site traffic, conversions, and bounce rates to inform content strategy.
   
5. Analytics & Reporting:Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.
   Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
   Create regular reports for leadership on key metrics, ROI, and conversion rates.
   
6. Collaborations & Partnerships:Identify and develop partnerships with influencers, media partners, and digital content creators to expand brand reach.
   Coordinate joint marketing efforts with other departments, such as sales and product development.
   
7. Market Research & Trend Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
   Conduct regular market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and digital usage.
   
8. Team Leadership & Development:Oversee and mentor junior digital marketing team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

SENIOR DIGITAL MARCOMM EVENT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Job Summary

Unlocking ADHD (UA) is seeking a Senior MarCom Events Executive/Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing UA’s digital fundraising and marketing strategy and events across the different channels of engagement and conversion and lead generation. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a strong working relationship with clients, venues and suppliers;

2. Follow-up with concepts and proposals approved by clients and puts them into reality;

3. Source for materials and negotiate for best prices from suppliers;

4. Key liaison between clients, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors, ensuring that client and event requirements are met;

5. Coordinate and manage set-up and production of event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event;

6. Plan and propose workflows for every event;

7. Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors on location;

8. Works closely with team to collectively produce a successful event;

9. Handle multiple projects from entry-level to complex events;

10. Participate in the brainstorming & execution process for the concept & theme of all events;

11. Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment materials and any other items; and any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years for Senior Event Executive; and 3 years for Event Manager; both with proven track records;

2. Attention to details, strong organizational skills and possess good time management;

3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously;

4. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

5. Able to adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment;

6. Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays;

7. Able to independently handle projects without constant supervision; and

8. Able to provide solutions to challenges that may arise;

9. ⁠Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and basic Video Editing would be advantageous

Obtaining new clients and maintaining existing customers Effectively and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from lead generation and digital canvassing Preparing sale quotations and arranging appointments (Online and offline appointments) Maintaining and achieving customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets Creating win-win solutions for clients and establishing long-term partnerships Sharing sales-related or market information internally and externally Manage the day-to-day sales and partner relationships on a portfolio of domestic accounts Maximize revenue with each partner via title sell-in, price-discounted promotions, content licensing agreement compliance and constant aligning of priorities Monitor monthly remittance statement to ensure that all royalty payments are valid based on content licensing agreements Lead quarterly, bi-annual and annual strategic business reviews with accounts Create monthly sales pitch presentation and other pitch materials Communicate internal sales updates to entire Global Sales & Distribution division via weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports Generate post-mortem recaps, analyzing success of new release campaigns, catalog promotions and monthly stunts Execute directives from team, department and divisional leads

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all event activities and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage any issue that may arise during the event, including resolving conflicts amongst individuals and managing crisis situations.

• At least two years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in an event management or hospitality industry. Fresh graudates are welcome.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.

Don’t underestimate the transformative aspect of events management. While most people can invite a group of individuals to meet, event planners earn their salt by taking the simple things — a collection of people, a venue, a common goal — and turning them into something extraordinary.

Event sales managers are responsible for all elements of event planning, including identifying event logistics and negotiating contracts. They coordinate event logistics, proactively communicate event information, and set clear expectations for event delivery. Event sales managers work well under pressure, are able to manage multiple activities simultaneously, and re-prioritize efforts when plans change or the need arises.

Event sales senior executives/ managers analyze and reconcile disparate event details, and consolidate the information into actionable event plans.

Responsibilities:

• To sell events and to manage and drive the event sales team to achieve revenue targets.

• To develop and implement the events marketing strategy and develop products within clients' budget & expectations.

• To provide direction for the event sales team in the general administration and operation of all events.

• To contribute to the Company's overall business activities and strategic planning .

• Ensure consistent targeted responses to sales enquiries and confirmed bookings

• Proactively sell venues to new clients growing the client base

• Proactive account management to grow incremental revenue including leading client presentations and negotiating agreements

• Create and implement practices and processes to ensure positive customer experiences to create repeat business

• Responsible for creating and delivering sales plan in coordination with client/guest experience – bring the sales plan to life! EVENT SALES STRATEGY

• Develops, prioritizes, and implements strategic sales plans, including customer promotion programs, press events, trade show activities, and sales meetings

• Pre-, day-of, and post-event sales and delivery team coordination, training, and accountability

• Ensure pitches line up with content being presented

Qualifications

• Event sales managers must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. High-energy and creative individuals, who possess excellent customer service and sales skills, are especially effective in this position.

• Individuals interested in pursuing the position of event sales manager should have a Local Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree and/or Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification are preferred.

• In addition, typically require three to five years of experience in organizing and managing events, including Corporate meetings, Trainings, luncheons, Dinner & Dance, Family Carnivals, teambonding and other special occasions are preferred.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)

• Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding Sales KPIs in previous roles

• Meticulous and great attention to detail

• Highly organized with good time management skills

• Have leadership experience managing and/or mentoring a team

• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations

• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
