Responsibilities & Duties

Job scope:

• Acquire new customer base via cold calling, emailing, and networking
• Identify and develop potential business opportunities, locally and overseas
• Make strategic plans by industry and accounts
• Make sales presentation to customers’ onsite/offsite
• Develop and execute advertising & promotion strategies
• Customize products/packages with Strategic Partners to meet customer’s needs
• Generate sales report

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma and above in any field
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in media sales
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word & Excel)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals, KPIs, and brand guidelines.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Conduct thorough research on current trends and audience preferences ; recommend and implement new features to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the PR and Content teams to create, edit, publish, and share compelling content that aligns with the global brand and marketing strategies.
• Optimize SEO, web traffic, and engagement across all social media channels.
• Analyze social media campaigns and performance metrics, providing monthly reports on ROI.
• Engage with customers and followers, addressing queries promptly and monitoring comments and reviews.
• Ensure brand consistency across HQ and partners' social media accounts.
• Contribute to new market expansion by offering digital insights and supporting strategic planning and onboarding processes.
• Act as an advisor in discussions with franchise partners regarding their local social media campaigns and optimization efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic social media or digital marketing roles.
• Expertise in social media metrics, SEO, and tools to track and measure performance.
• Experience working with both local and international markets and customer bases.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of search and social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and content production is an advantage.
