Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver logistics automation solutions aligned with customer needs and standards.
• Oversee equipment procurement, warehouse setup, and end-to-end project execution.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and provide user training.
• Define KPIs, monitor automation performance, and identify process gaps.
• Recommend and implement enhancements, reporting ROI and productivity metrics.
• Explore and implement advanced automation technologies through operational simulations.
• Work with stakeholders, including suppliers and consultants, and support regional automation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 8+ years in global logistics (6+ with a Master’s), including warehouse automation and project management.
• Proficient in WMS/WCS, simulation tools, and automation design.
• Strong expertise in logistics automation technologies, process optimization, and financial analysis.
• Skilled in data tools (Power BI, Tableau) and regulatory compliance.

• Source, identify, and assess Carriers (Airfreight)’ performance to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnership with Airlines and Logistics Service Providers in order to negotiate favorable rates and ensure service standards.
• Engage and drive carrier engagement/ procurement process, involving RFQ bidding with Carriers to secure the best rates in pricing and space for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Innovation and Operations team) to develop the cost effective Air products solutions to potential clients and optimize procurement processes that aligned with business goals.
• Execute the air procurement strategies to maximize the revenue through Air product solutions enhancement.
• Manage contract administrations including rate negotiations, service commitments, and performance metrics.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key airline/ Logistics Service Providers partners.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company or Airline/ Air Freight industry
• Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management
• Good in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
• Well versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
• Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience- B2B Sales and Marketing
• Established good connection with Airlines/ Carriers and/or other co-loaders
