We are now looking for Store Designers to join us on our future journey. As part of our new team, you help us realize store projects all over the world, for several brands, through collaboration with many brilliant colleagues, reflected in high-quality architectural packages and commercial plans based on customer needs and behaviors.  

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of creating or reviewing architectural and interior design packages, as well as construction documents for diverse projects, crafting beautiful and functional spaces 
• Effectively understand project specific analysis and research about customer and project objectives, including some analytical tasks connected to brand’s commercial plans  
• Establish clear and effective communication with numerous project teams, contractors, consultants, and local H&M Group teams, fostering teamwork and collaboration 
• Provide guidance and innovative solutions to resolve both technical and design challenges when needed  
• Follow up on your projects with ownership and accountability, analyzing both successes and challenges to continuously improve and learn from your experiences

The Regional Store Sales Controller's main task and responsibility is to optimize the growth and profitability for the physical stores. To achieve this you create a strategy, set goals and actions, share expectations, follow-up and together with the Regional Sales Manager secure the long-term success of the local markets. You maintain a constant collaboration with the Regional Brand Controller, Cross functional teams within region, COS Head office departments and the backbone departments of the local H&M group.

What you will do:

• Lead and coach your team of area controllers to make good business decisions based on supporting analysis and financial insights.
• Analyse, propose and implement operational strategies through proactive business controlling.
• Oversee the short and long term budgets & financial plans for physical stores within the region.
• Analyse and pursue opportunities to increase sales and improve profit through right planning and managing cost efficiency
• Support the annual goal setting & strategic planning process within the regional sales organization.
• Facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing among our stores, area teams and other support functions.

As Marketplace Inventory Lead, You are a key contributor to our merchandising unit, focused on driving our assortment strategy, availability and profit on marketplaces in close collaboration with the Merchandising Managers and key stakeholders from the marketplace team. You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, reducing carrying costs, and maximizing operational efficiency and driving a profitable sales result in our marketplaces. You will work cross functionally mainly but not limited to the stakeholders within the regional merchandising team, Marketplace team & logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the product strategy by allocating the correct products and stock to our marketplaces . Support in setting the product strategy (connected to our overall brand plan and marketplace strategy) for the marketplaces in the region in close collaboration with the Merchandising Managers, Digital Merchandising Leads, Key account Leads and Marketplace Manager
• Support with input to the commercial business analysts and commercial merchandising managers to ensure we drive a strong product offer activation in our marketplaces through commercial planning.
• Follow up and optimize inventory targets, contribution for warehouse and connected marketplaces to maximize sales results.
• Coordinate and drive the overall sales and profit evaluation from a product perspective on our marketplaces in close collaboration with.
• Evaluate the product performance of marketplaces and drive initiatives to further improve our assortment

As Inventory Optimization Lead, you are a key contributor to our merchandising unit, focused on achieving the optimal balance between inventory levels and customer demand between markets, warehouses and selling channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring product availability, reducing carrying costs, and maximizing operational efficiency as well as drive efficient regional demand fulfilment, spurring sales growth. You work cross functionally mainly but not limited to the stakeholders within the regional merch-team & logistic team.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for overall allocation, you execute strategy, ways of working and is accountable for execution of initial allocation parameters to be correctly set at all times. You own and drive PM level execution and follow up of allocation parameters.
• You drive inventory optimization through following up on inventory targets for warehouse, store segments and support with actionable direction e.g replenishment and push strategy, setting deliver schedules to store with logistics counterpart, monitor and improve stock accuracy by supporting RFID routines.
• Execute, monitor and follow up on system set-ups to secure warehouse stock composition, optimize SKU and enable stocking and storage management in collaboration with demand & supply unit, merchandise managers and logistics.
• Optimize supple to minimize constrains and driver impacting sales in line with inventory optimization strategy as well as monitor and act on inbound/ outbound garment flow to support logistic planning.
• Follow up on execution of framework for prioritization of articles for allocation to secure commerciality in stores.

As Digital Experience Lead (Post Purchase), you contribute to omni profitable growth in the region, playing a critical role in securing the omni experience of our customers that drives brand perception, sales growth, and profitability. You are responsible for the omni experience in our transactional channels, with extra focus on the post purchase experience. Based on an understanding of daily performance and customer behavior, you proactively identify and drive tests to positively impact conversion, improve profit, and increase fashion brand perception. You act as an informal leader, working as a counterpart to our global digital value streams to ensure value capture through implementation of new capabilities.

You have a strong e-commerce background and previous experiences and proven track record driving commercial growth. You have a good understanding of how to optimize the digital customer experience for overall profitable growth, short and long-term. You are data driven, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize data into insights and tangible actions. You are customer centric in your approach and have an ability to translate visions, directions and frameworks into specific actions and improvements. You are structured and well ad versed in planning, presenting, and communication. You act as an informal leader in how you drive your work, you get your message across and inspire others.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer experience optimization, securing full funnel digital experience by conducting analysis and utilizing insights from data such as sales performance, web analytics, user behavioral insights, heatmapping and A/B testing to generate hypothesis and identify actions to improve sales, profit, brand perception and customer lifetime value.
• Plan, create, and execute A/B tests and actions available to the regional team (e.g optimization of landing pages, checkout processes, and other conversion points), inline with our customer experience strategy and brand direction.
• Review results and conclusions of tests and actions, sharing learnings with regional teams and global functions to continually identify, size and formalize improvement in the digital customer journey and conversion funnel, from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention to inform our digital development roadmap.
• Drive implementation of post-purchase strategies and new capabilities, collaborating with our global value streams to ensure value capture, continually monitoring and optimizing delivery, payment, return options and fees to drive overall digital profit growth.
• Work in tight collaboration with ecommerce leads and retail area managers to secure day-to-day customer experience and continually optimize the full funnel.
