Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Delivery Planning, track orders and ensure timely delivery to customer
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Liaise with the vendors and negotiate better prices
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
• Perform any other ad hoc duties / Projects when assigned

Requirements

• Work experience as a Purchasing assistant or similar admin role
• Picking and packing of goods (10kg-15kg)
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
• Able to work independent or as a team
• Have initiative, good attitude and keen to learn

Job Description:

• Responsible for data entry and stock inventory
• Liaise between various departments as well as Warehouse team on stock and shipments related
• Responsible for administrative, filing and other data entry duties related to Warehouse department

Job Requirements:

• Secondary Certificate or Diploma in Computer Studies
• Knowledge and hands-on basic MS Office skills (e.g excel) will be preferred
• Candidate MUST BE comfortable to work in a non- aircon environment
• Candidate with SAP experience will be of an advantage

5-days work week : 8.20am to 5.50pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties:

• Generate daily WO picklist for warehouse processing via WMS upon receipt of request by user
• Generate cycle count sheet for warehouse to perform internal stock check to ensure inventory accuracy
• Generate weekly inventory reports
• Perform goods receipt in WMS for incoming supplier deliveries
• Prepare pick list for all shipments and collections
• Stock discrepancy – check stock card on receiving, issuing and return of goods accurately
• Monitor staff on daily picking and return processing timing
• Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment, goods discrepancy and documentation
• Annual physical inventory data entry
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field
• Required skills of Microsoft Office applications and Dynamics
• Preferably specialized in administrative support or equivalent
• Possess initiative to understand work flows and processes in order to work efficiently and effectively
• Ability to work as a group and individual with effective organizational and follow-up skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner

• Accountable on all inventory processes, activities and transactions
• Control and drive continuous improvement for stock accuracy, pick location replenishment, inbound and outbound of item(s)
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
• Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a monthly basis
• Coordinate with warehouse sections on inventory matters
• Manage the periodic and year-end stocktake audit
• Warehouse sites housekeeping
• Keep up to date with GMPs
• Maintain and ensure administrative records are up to date
• Create and revise systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and personnel requirements; and from there, implementing change
• All other duties assigned as deemed necessary for the warehouse operations

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Involved in freight booking
• Use of CEVA Warehouse Management System and client SAP system
• Liaise with freight officials to arrange for collection
• Liaise with client CSR on PGI document and date
• Work closely with SOA on system transaction error, if needed
• Work with outbound Dispatch and packers for shipment
