- Shift 1 (Perm): 7.30am – 3.15pm (Mon – Fri) 7.30am – 12.45pm (Sat)
- Shift 2 (Perm): 3pm – 10.45pm (Mon-Fri) 12.45pm – 6pm (Sat)
- Working location: Tuas South (Transportation provided at Tuas West Road MRT)
- Overtime: Must be able to commit overtime although OT is largely dependable on operational requirement
- Salary: $1,800 - $1,900 + OT + Allowances + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods in a safe manner that prevents damage
- Prepare shipments in and out of the warehouse
- Inbound Cargo – Receive accurately all incoming shipments; sort and place received merchandise for put away/storage as per directed /undirected WMS work order
- Outbound Cargo – Pick / pack /stage merchandise for delivery locally or externally as per directed WMS work order
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Upkeep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Report any discrepancies
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Comply with standard operating procedures and safety procedures in handling merchandise and use of DC equipment and vehicles.
- Execute all other logistic operations activity as and when directed by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Able to perform overtime per business requirement
- Able to lift 5-15kg (approx.) merchandise as well as the need to stand for long period of time
- Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
- Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
- Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually
- Follow all SOP and company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere.
