As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain a safety stock level following company guideline.
• Prepare purchase orders and documents using MYOB system.
• Coordinate and liaise with requestor and supplier in the purchasing process and monitor the deliveries to ensure all items arrive as planned.
• Resolve vendor’s defects, shortages and missing product.
• Coordinate with oversea suppliers and forwarders for incoming shipments and liaise with internal department to complete the declaration and payment.
