Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant/Logistics Assistant
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + $100 Transport Allowance + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and log supplier deliveries.
• Store items (raw materials & finished goods) correctly with detailed labels and paperwork.
• Refill production materials as needed.
• Packing and booking of finished products from production.
• Schedule shipments with the sales team.
• Take part in inventory counts to keep track of stock.
• Report any issues with deliveries to the team leader.
• Keep workspace tidy following the 5S method.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed.

• Min. O-level or relevant qualification.
• Prior working experience in logistics & warehousing is preferred.
• Experience with SAP System and material management will be an advantage.
