Warehouse Assistant/Operator

Working Days / Time: Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm [No OT]
Salary: $ 2100 - $2600
Location: Ubi Techpark

- Reported to Business Admin Executive (Ops Team)

Job Duties:

• Assist in receiving goods, inspect goods to ensure that the goods received are of good quality.
• Assist in unloading and unpacking incoming shipments, carefully handling, and storing items in designated areas.
• Conducting regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labelling products according to delivery order/packing list.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that storage racks are free from obstructions.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and follow standard operating procedures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices and arrange deliveries.
• You may have to perform ad-hoc duties whenever required.

Job Requirement:

• With relevant working experience
• Possess NITEC / Diploma in Logistic / Inventory Management
• Candidates with forklift licenses is added advantage
• Computer literacy with DO/PO input in ERP system
