Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate goods receipt and verification.

2. Manage order routing, assign tasks to vehicles, and generate picking lists.

3. Perform picking and packing operations for drivers, ensuring accurate outbound stock.

4. Assist in loading and unloading stock.

5. Occasionally accompany drivers on deliveries.

6. Maintain warehouse cleanliness through regular housekeeping.

7. Conduct routine stock takes.

Requirements:

- PC literate.

- Physically fit to handle heavy load

- Experience in the wine and spirits industry would be an added advantage.

The Procurement Executive position involves a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the company's procurement processes and managing the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle. Key responsibilities include managing procurement categories, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring on-time delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the company's procurement policies and procedures with integrity.
• Manage assigned procurement categories, understanding business drivers.
• Oversee the entire S2P process, from sourcing vendors to issuing Purchase Orders.
• Handle purchase requisitions and orders per company guidelines.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate optimal terms.
• Track vendor performance regarding cost, quality, and delivery.
• Guide stakeholders on procurement policies and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure timely follow-up with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with the Legal & Compliance team on contract negotiations and legal matters.
• Maintain contract databases, ensuring timely renewals and reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' procurement experience; category management is a plus.
• Familiarity with purchasing and contract terms.
• Resourcefulness in vendor sourcing based on pricing, delivery, and capability.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy in managing numbers.
