Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation while controlling and managing inventory and logistics

• Review and establish warehouse operations system to streamline and improve processes to achieve efficiency

• Drive & implement continuous improvement on warehouse layout and goods receiving/ issuing and delivery to improve productivity to support the dynamic of business units

• Manage and deploy manpower to achieve productivity and efficiency

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, adhering and enforcing standards and procedures and complying to legal regulation

• Perform any other job assigned or projects as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in logistics or in supply chain management or warehouse management

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record in warehouse operations, system and processes improvements and leadership skills

• Strong knowledge in inventory management, logistics, warehouse and end-to-end inbound and outbound operation

• Positive attitude with progressive mindset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS office

About the role

• Head administrative duties as per SOP and Working Instructions

• Manage purchase requisition one workday upon request from Warehouse Manager

• Checking of vendor invoices before approval within stipulated time given

• Query vendors on discrepancy in invoices immediately upon discovery

• Handling communication with stakeholders to ensure completeness of service in accordance to client’s SOP

• Executing operational task from Freight Ops Team on site within four hours

• Attending and responding E-mails for Ops/Whse Team members promptly

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

• Manage Warehouse Personal Import / Export Shpts Scanning and Data Entry

• Manage Inventory and good housekeeping

Team Management

• Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations.

• Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors.

• Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Control of Inventory:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce proper inventory management procedures, including cycle counts.
• Issue, post, transfer, and assemble build-in stock in the inventory system.
• Check receipt entries, cancellations, and returns of Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.

2. Kitting Production Planning:

• Generate and communicate production schedules and raw material procurement plans.
• Control inventory levels to meet production needs.
• Oversee daily production operations.
• Plan production to meet scheduled targets.
• Ensure accuracy of stock and inventory levels.
• Meet project requirements with timely and efficient inventory and production management.

Qualifications & experience

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and clean driving record.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with store or warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Camp site experience is advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the store’s inventory of tools and equipment including Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), ensuring accurate record keeping and organization of the inventory.
• Receive and process incoming inventory and goods, including unloading, verifying, and storing incoming items.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for delivery and load goods onto vehicles for transportation.
• Deliver products to customers on time and ensure proper handling and delivery.
• Verify delivery instructions and ensure that all paperwork and documentation are complete.
• Drive company vehicles safely and follow all traffic regulations and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on Company vehicles, such as cleaning and refueling.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store and work area.
• Communicate with management and other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the store and transportation activities.
