Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate port operations (include stevedore, stuffing/unstuffing, forklift, internal railing etc)
• Provide quotations to customers
• Provide billings to customers
• Ensure all port operations related documents details are in order
• Sorting and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are most welcome

What You will do:

• Support ESG Reporting and Program Metrics: Assist in gathering data and reporting on ESG metrics, ensuring alignment with ChampionX’s overall ESG strategy.
• Assist in ESG Governance Strategy: Contribute to the development of ESG governance processes, including documentation creation and process standardization.
• Research and Provide Insights for ESG Supplier Strategy: Support research efforts and provide input on potential opportunities for enhancing the ESG supplier strategy.
• Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements: Assist in identifying and recommending improvements in ESG-related procurement processes.
• Support Compliance with Procurement Policies: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and fair business practices while sourcing products and services at the best value.
• Engagement and Stakeholder Involvement: Assist in engaging stakeholders, resolving issues, and coordinating with sourcing teams, business leaders, and legal/risk partners to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Contribute to Sustainability Objectives in Supplier Selection: Help develop and track sustainability objectives for supplier scorecards using relevant metrics and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Procurement Team: Work with the procurement team to enhance sustainability and ESG considerations during supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Support Sustainability & ESG in Sourcing: Assist the procurement team and key stakeholders in incorporating sustainability & ESG principles into strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
• Participate in Special Projects: Engage in special projects and stretch assignments, providing support as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or Procurement
• Relevant procurement experience, whether gained from clients, contractors, or consulting organizations.
• Familiarity with key responsible sourcing areas, including human rights, environmental impact, health and safety, anti-bribery and corruption, labor practices, and other socio-economic considerations.
• Knowledge of ESG legislative and regulatory environments is desirable but not mandatory.
• Confident and able to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a procurement or shared services environment. Good IT skills and a strong interest in tools, systems, data, and numbers.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Motivated and focused on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assume all purchasing duties across the company inclusive of retail, food service and branded distribution items.
• Improve efficiency in management of inventory to reduce costs and increase productivity for the organization.
• Establish a mix of products to enable Q.B Food to grow and develop their food service and retail offering and become a competitive force in the market.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages
• Supervising a purchasing team and delegating tasks across departments when necessary
• Working closely with the company legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years in procurement, ideally in FMCG or food sourcing (meat/dairy experience preferred).
• Import knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost savings initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in SAP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the work activities as assigned (receiving, picking, packing and closing)
• Ensure the daily tasks assigned are completed daily.
• Perform work activities assigned efficiently and accurately to maintain the quality of work.
• Ensure proper use of the MHEs and maintenance of the MHEs.
• Compliance with the quality, environmental, health and safety system procedures, work instructions and safe work procedures.
• Maintain the Warehouse Operation area housekeeping.
• Ensure own safety during working in the Warehouse.
• Must be aware of the hazards and risks involved in the work assigned.
• Access to the IT system according to the authorised function.

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of Warehouse environment experience
• Good communicator
• Can work independently
• Team player
• Possess a valid Forklift License
• Able to operate the warehouse reach truck / stacker

Responsibilities

· Support day to day warehouse operation – receiving

· Conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies

· Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift and stacker

· Any adhoc duties as assigned

Forklift license is a MUST
