• Analyze complex issues, benchmark, identify opportunities and introduce best practices for IT consulting focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead the design/solution and complex projects with high visibility across APAC
• Anticipate, identify and resolve design conflicts across dependent projects
• Analyze complex multi country opportunity designs and introduce best practices and reusable solutions focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse IT solutions’ deployments
• In-depth knowledge of Manhattan Warehouse Management System
• Understanding of operations, warehouse design and customer’s solutions across different industries
• Experience with MHE integration and data analytics
• Ability to balance the needs of individual countries with the goals of regional standardization and alignment with the company's roadmap

Job Responsibilities:

• To provide shared service procurement support for various teams within the organisation.
• Work with various business functions such as Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Tax and others to support business operations.
• Track, review and process purchase requisitions and invoices.
• Collect and maintain data to provide weekly reports using data visualisation tools.
• Review purchase requisition information for consistency and compliance.
• Analyse and reconcile mismatch invoice information.
• Validate invoices against contract documents or purchase orders.
• Respond, manage and close out queries from stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assist in any adhoc projects and admin work as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related field
• Experience in contract management would be advantageous
• Familiar with end to end procurement process and basic business controls
• Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel
