• Assist with daily tasks such as inventory counting and sorting while fulfilling orders
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments within the warehouse.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and notify Product Managers of any shortages.
• Provide feedback for operational improvements to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods aligning with business objectives.
• Participate in monthly stock-takes and generate closing reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

• Basic proficiency in reading English and Chinese.

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5.30 pm; 1 half-day Saturday per month, 8 am – 12 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Communicate with management and contractors regarding cost estimations.
• Negotiate project terms to handle all issues effectively.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall project value.
• Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.
• Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.
• Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, certificates, and renewal inspections.
• Respond to supplier, vendor, and internal inquiries.

• Full process of procurement including QS-related experiences preferred
• Comfortable with working in a warehouse or non-aircon environment
• Able to start work on a short notice or immediately
