• Position Title: Procurement and Inventory Coordinator/ Supply Chain Officer

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am – 6.00 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials.
• Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and equipment inventory.
• Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
• Implement and uphold workplace safety and health practices.
• Maintain a comprehensive procurement database and vendor records.
• Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking and track expiry dates to reduce wastage.
• Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines.
• Keep store areas clean and orderly.
• Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks.
• Collect or do delivery of consumables.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily management of store and stock
• To receive, inspect, count, store, pack incoming and outgoing goods/stocks
• To prepare proper documentation such as Delivery order, Goods Received Notes etc

• Working Hours: 5 days

Main Responsibilities:

• Buy electrical components and materials at the best prices
• Monitor the procurement budget and spending
• Data entry, update and maintain inventory reports
• Handle delivery and product issues

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “N” Level
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in electrical industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
• Knowledge in electrical and electronics system
