Description:
Understand the engineering machinery markets in China, the USA, and Germany, particularly familiar with equipment from Sany, XCMG, CATERPILLAR, and LIBHERR.
Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
Handle overseas shipments, prepare packing lists for the project team, and ensure correct quantities are received on-site.
Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders, and requests for quotes from suppliers.
Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
Provide purchasing planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Interact closely with suppliers and engineers to resolve quality issues.
Maintain a good PO system and conduct periodic system updates regarding suppliers, prices, products, etc.
Willingness to travel overseas frequently to facilitate communication with clients.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Operation Management or any Engineering-related field.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the equipment industry.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Mature and able to work independently.
Willing to accept long-term overseas assignments.
