Main purpose of the job  

The Global Procurement Lead for Procurement Operations will be responsible for implementing the purpose, vision, and strategies of Procurement, as well as establishing governance structures. They will provide leadership to the Global Procurement team, ensuring the successful execution of operational goals and key performance indicators. Main purpose of the job  

The Global Procurement Lead for Upstream Processes will provide leadership to the Global Procurement function in particular to the Source-To-Contract, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Risk management and potentially other upstream service lines and related to Procurement, ensuring the successful execution of functional goals. He/She will foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between regions and GPO, support the implementation of new target operating model, and ensure compliance with governance, policies, processes and ways of working, including the right level of utilization of upstream procurement tools. Additionally, the role involves advocating for sustainable procurement and innovation, and driving continuous improvement (people, process, platform, data).
