Job Descriptions:
· Oversee incoming, outgoing, and transshipment activities, and create invoices and plant-related documents.
· Maintain and update an internal price list database to ensure accuracy of pricing, products, and terms.
· Manage warehouse stock inventory levels and replenishment.
· Coordinate with internal department, local and overseas vendors, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
· Track and follow up with suppliers and customers to ensure timely submission of shipping documents.
· Recommend cost-effective and efficient solutions.
· Oversee day-to-day operational matters and challenges.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any other relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
· High Level interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Strong analytical, negotiation power, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational, inventory management, and problem-solving skills.
· A proactive and positive person with a strong motivation to learn, a self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
· A good team player yet able to deliver independent assignments as required.
