• Assisting with general office admin and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment/facility

Qualification, Experience & Skills :

• Minimum “O” level with Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or Logistics Admin

• Knowledge in WMS system and proficient in Microsoft Excel with formula creation

• Able to work independently in fast-paced environment

• Self-driven, initiative and ability to work meticulously

1. 5.5-day with alternate Saturday, Mondays to Fridays at 8.30am to 5.45pm. Alternate Saturday at 8.30am to 11.30am work from home to support operations.
