Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to $3,600/month + Pro-rated completion bonus

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Documentation & Samples Coordination:Process and track documentation and sample requests.
  Expedite documents and samples, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests.
• Administrative Duties:Prepare documents such as Quality Assurance Forms (QAFs) and Sample Purchase Orders (POs).
  Update purchasing databases, e.g., new ICC codes
• Purchasing & Deliveries Coordination:Manage Sample POs and ensure prompt delivery of items.
  Maintain the Global Purchasing Database.
• Project Support:Assist buyers with project coordination tasks.
• Office Administrative Support:Handle incoming mail and parcel distribution.

Salary: Up to $3,600 per month + prorated completion bonus

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests, ensuring all requests are processed, tracked, and fulfilled efficiently.

Prepare administrative tasks, including raising QAFs, Sample POs, and other related duties.

Update and maintain purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.

Manage and expedite Sample POs to ensure timely deliveries.

Maintain data within the Global Purchasing Database.

Assist buyers with project coordination.

Perform office administrative duties, including handling incoming mails and parcels.

Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders and respond appropriately for any open orders
• Input all the materials shortages in the Pacer System
• Track order availability, shortages, and delivery with vendors
• Identify, evaluate, and propose material solutions and coordinate with Planning Team to support production plan
• Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
• Ensure material fulfillment for engine production and keeping inventory at optimal level by optimizing active WIP and monitoring aging FG / WIP.
• Review parts usage analysis and ensure action plan is taken to keep the stock at the right level based on current usage trend (ROP/ROL).
• Liaise with vendors on defect parts for resolution (DR report)
• Reconciliation of invoices discrepancies (DFM)
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field
• At least 1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in fast-paced environment
• Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries an added advantage
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and PowerBI

Contract duration: 3 to 6 months

Salary range: Up to $3200

Working location: Loyang (Shuttle bus provided at various venues)

Working hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm
