Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Warehouse Worker
• Working Location: Gul Circle
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm, alternate Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary $2,000 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Picking & Packing and Loading & Unloading duties
• Assist with receiving and checking incoming goods
• Perform data entry for stock and inventory
• Support daily warehouse operations
• Perform cycle counts
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilites

• Issue purchase orders and receipts (service order, service entry, and/or material vouchers) to contractors and vendors
• Manage and coordinate with stakeholders on related projects and ensure proper documentation and reports
• Ensure the end-end order issuance and closing procedures.
• Support and assist on procurement, inventory and warehousing functions
• Participating in RFQ/tender activities and assisting on material collection/returns matters in accordance

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Applications
• Experience with SAP will have added advantageous
