How You Will Achieve It 

• Managing the efficient flow of materials and products within the warehouse environment.
• Ensuring constant regulatory compliance and readiness for inspections within the warehouse.
• Conducting effective training for warehouse colleagues and ensuring compliance with SOPs and OJT.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring inventory accuracy during material receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Managing inbound and outbound shipments, including coordination with freight forwarders, material release with Quality, and compliance with customs, excise, environmental, health, maritime, and IATA regulations.
• Handling maritime insurance claims and customer complaints, coordinating insurance matters, and implementing CAPA related to warehousing and shipping.
• Perform shipping studies to assess and optimize shipping processes, collaborate with logistics partners, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Timely preparation of materials for production and finished products for shipping, coordinating with cross-functional areas to meet inventory targets, shipment schedules, and delivery performance.
• Conduct safety and quality investigations to address warehouse-related incidents, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and maintain high standards of product quality and integrity throughout.
• Ensuring overall safety and quality compliance for warehouse management, implementing safety regulations at all times.
• Material planning to ensure availability of materials for production, reviewing MRP requirements, and analyzing inventory status to identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory for further action.
• Manage the disposal of distressed inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the disposal process.

Qualifications 

Must-Have 

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 

• Knowledge and experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment. 

• Good verbal and written communication skills. 

• Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations. 

• Microsoft Office Suite skills.

• Experience with inventory and material management concepts.

• Possesses a positive, continuous improvement mindset. ​

Nice-to-Have 

• Advanced training in project management, supply chain management, scientific or clinical disciplines, business administration and/or people development. 

• In depth understanding of the regulatory guidelines impacting the logistics system requirement. 

• Good knowledge and understanding of advanced level of system application and products.

• 3-5 years of related experience in a supervisory capacity in operations/warehousing preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the store’s inventory of tools and equipment including Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), ensuring accurate record keeping and organization of the inventory.
• Receive and process incoming inventory and goods, including unloading, verifying, and storing incoming items.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for delivery and load goods onto vehicles for transportation.
• Deliver products to customers on time and ensure proper handling and delivery.
• Verify delivery instructions and ensure that all paperwork and documentation are complete.
• Drive company vehicles safely and follow all traffic regulations and guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance on Company vehicles, such as cleaning and refueling.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store and work area.
• Communicate with management and other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the store and transportation activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• To lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of all warehouse including receiving, picking, packing, shipping and facilities management.
• Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched; goods / order information capture are fully performed accurately and timely as per WI & SOP.
• Optimum space and resource planning though analysis of inbound and outbound volume forecast: plan while ensure productivity, quality and customer service are met.
• Manage and monitors the operation KPI.
• Manage and monitors the need to replenish warehouse consumable supplies and upgrade/maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Cost control to improve and reduce handling and supplies to achieve monthly budget targets.
• Manage cost effectiveness and constantly strive to improve productivity and quality service.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle count.
• Ensure proper storage and good housekeeping standards (5S).
• Establish and maintain standard operation procedures (SOP).

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management or experience in managing electronics goods warehouse.
