We are looking for an organized, experienced store keeper to be responsible for all stock, staff management, and planning promotional campaigns for the store. Storekeeper Duties & Responsibilities:

Advance PC skill with high proficiency in Microsoft office suite

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience in SAP modules, with a focus on SD, MM, FI, and PP preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain operation or in supply chain solutions

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify the need, follow through product’s requirement and specifications at the right quality.
• Responsible to source, negotiate, purchase, monitor, manage and improve require delivery time at a cost-effective saving way.
• Plan and execute on cost saving and reduction program and activities.
• Assist in expedite, including and not limiting to interface with local and overseas suppliers for any contractual agreement and urgent requirement.
• Establish and maintain communication, working closely with internal customers to meet tight timeline.
• Pre-qualify, evaluate and assessed suppliers‘ performance to meet company’s requirements.
• All other procurement activities including of price calculation, discounts or freight charges prior to generate and process purchase orders, follow up with good credit terms negotiation and application, resolution of invoicing discrepancies from suppliers, and maintaining of Approved Vendors List.
• Maintain and updates all related documents and data that will support procurements activities and management administratively, conformity, legality and commercially.
• Scope of responsibility also covers affiliate and branch offices. Hands-on of operations are expected when required.
• Review and propose process improvement.
• Additional responsibilities and job scope to be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Knowledge of computer software application. E.g. word, excel.
• Knowledge in Harsh Environment and TSI.
• Able to handle General Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on, positive work attitude.

WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER

Job Description:

You will be part of a tight, close-knit warehouse team that manages the daily operational warehouse functions for THE PROVIDORE GROUP.

Together as a team, you will support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager by rendering delivery support, updating delivery records, ordering required items, and ensuring accurate information is put on record.

• Process online delivery orders by generating the order information through the designated online platform
• Generate and print the delivery orders and invoices
• Prepare order items and check all items are in good order
• Ensure items are probably packed before arranging for delivery
• Execute in-house deliveries
• Plan the day’s delivery route prior to executing in-house delivery service
• Follow up on defective or undelivered items, notify supervisor, and make arrangements with the order recipient accordingly
• Ensure all processed documents are filed in an orderly manner for recording and auditing purposes
• Be exposed to other skill-development plans or ad-hoc tasks beneficial for your development

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Prior related experience in a warehouse environment will be advantageous but not necessary as training and guidance will be provided!
