Responsibilities

• Follow the company’s procurement strategy and policies, ensuring all processes and approvals are completed before executing tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and confirm service scopes and product requirements, and ensure delivery timelines are set and monitored.
• Identify and assess new and existing vendors for cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure products, solutions, and services are competitively priced.
• Evaluate and negotiate quotes and proposals with vendors and suppliers.
• Seek management guidance for procurement and negotiations on complex projects, particularly for RFPs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review service agreements and draft proposals for management approval.
• Offer feedback on terms and conditions, ensuring contracts are completed and refined as needed.
• Oversee and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Preferred requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Management related studies
• 5 years of experience in RFP procurement
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills with various vendors
• Proficient in SAP software
