• Provide shipping instructions to suppliers
• Keep vessels and Vessel Managers informed about delivery status
• Communicate with the vessel's port agents
• Manage customs clearance
• Arrange necessary services and repairs based on arrangements made by the Vessel Manager
• Maintain and update supplier database across various platforms.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3 years experience in purchasing | procurement in Shipping or marine industry
• Immediate starter is preferred

Job Description

• Perform system data entries and related functions for customer and "Internal Warehouse Management System" (iWMS)
• Coordinate with customers and internally for operations and inventory related matters
• Ensure all paperwork, system and filling are completed accurately and on time
• Plan and follow-up on Orders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records
• Generate accurate billing invoices, inventory reports and related reports as per the deadline
• Attend to customer enquiries and ensure all requests and issues are resolved
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum a professional or NITEC Certificate or equivalent
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented,organised,and able to prioritise tasks
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols while operating the forklift.
• Inspect and maintain the forklift trucks in good working condition.
• Assist in receiving and storing incoming goods.
• Perform stock checks and inventory control as required.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess a valid Forklift license
• Possess certificate in Rigger & Signalman will be an advantage
