You will be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more projects covering various facets of the project life cycle ranging from project initiation to analysis and implementation. The current technology stack is Linux based, utilizing Vertica, Python, Perl, Tableau, and a Service Oriented Architecture for data distribution. The creation of the roadmap for the future technology stack is in progress and it will certainly leverage AWS for all or portions of the platform.

Qualifications/Skill Required:

10+ years of work experience as a PM in the IT industry with specialization in Data Warehousing

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience with project management and analytics; ability to partner with technology, and business stakeholders to implement initiatives

Experience with Agile Development methodology

Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.

Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; High sense of urgency

Self-motivated, be able to define new processes, socialize with stakeholder groups and gain consensus.

Time management skills with strong attention to detail; ability to work independently and manage multiple project assignments.

• Ensure that the store is clean, organised and properly stocked at all times
• Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, including unpacking boxes, labelling products and stocking shelves
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

The Procurement Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

1. Source products from warehouse stock or purchase from the local market based on JIT(just in time) procurement and client requirements
2. Identify out-of-stock products and procure/supply similar items
3. Place, process, and track orders based on stock variability and JIT procurement
4. Liaise with shippers, forwarders and warehouse to coordinate/monitor shipments
5. Manage expiring items effectively to minimize costs and waste
6. Replenish stock at competitive prices to optimize cost efficiency
7. Familiar with SCINT and Microsoft D365
8. Ensure all activities adhere to the company's quality, health, safety & environment (QHSE), and Ethics & Compliance policies
9. Perform any other duties as requested by the Procurement Manager and team leader
