Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the integrity of inventory levels across multiple 3PL warehouses in the allocated region(s)
• Maintain a robust system for Pre-order & New Product Introduction (NPI) Management, taking into account the upcoming shipment schedule, available inventory, and any potential exceptions across the global region(s)
• Perform end-to-end activities for the full Pre-order cycle, ensuring that all products are always available for sale, including daily monitoring of Pre-order levels.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team, ensuring the delivery of proactive updates to customers regarding Pre-order statuses
• Facilitate discussions across Regional teams to identify root causes and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Requirements

• Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 2 or more years of e-commerce experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
