• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and risk management frameworks.
• Proven track record in leading compliance programs, audits, and investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex issues and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change within the organization at all levels.
