Role Purpose:

The Responsible Person, Quality Assurance Manager Australia and New Zealand, will work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to implement & maintain the local Australian and New Zealand QMS and will work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met for organisation products, throughout the distribution network, and within Australia and New Zealand, all the way to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains the Quality Management System in Australia and New Zealand to ensure that it meets local regulatory and industry standards and organisation expectations.
• Support maintenance of relevant licenses.
• Manages local process of change control, deviation, CAPA, complaint management and supplier management.
• Manages local Quality Management Review process.
• Participates in organisation’s Quality Escalation process for critical quality issues, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Ensures up to date organograms, training curricula pertaining to GMP/GDP, training records, CVs, and Job Descriptions are in place for local affiliate personnel working on quality/distribution matters.
• Establishes and maintains the Affiliate Quality Manual and GMP/GDP procedural documents.
• Establishes and maintains the Quality Agreement with 3PL/4PL and local GMP/GDP related suppliers/service providers, as required.
• Reviews Annual Product Quality Reports (if applicable)
• Ensures shipping conditions match the product license/product label particulars and transporters are appropriately qualified.
• Ensures premises and/or equipment used are reviewed regularly to ensure they are adequate to allow the handling, storage, and distribution of medicinal products in a manner that ensures the maintenance of product quality.
• Supports Customer Services with enquiries of a GDP nature such as delivery issues, transportation conditions, disputes, etc.
• Working with 3PL/4PL, provides guidance on supply related issues.
• Arranges authorized relabeling/repackaging in cooperation with 3PL/4PL (where applicable)
• Supports the management of quality and distribution complaints.
• Supports the investigation of fraudulent and counterfeit medicinal products.
• Manages product return and destruction.
• Manages local recalls and participating in supplier’s recall challenge or perform local mock recall, as needed.
• Qualifies and manages local 3PL/4PL and supports audit of 3PL/4PL.
• Qualifies and manages local GMP/GDP related suppliers/service providers, auditing and approving these according to local requirements.
• Assure customers validations and adequate records compliance to organisation QA requirements are established and maintained for all local distributors/customers.
• Collaborates with RA to support inspections and audits.
• Manages the Affiliate self-inspection program.
• Supports audit of distributor (where applicable).
• Collaborates with RA to implement activities for new product launch and product life cycle management.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work flexibility and independently.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and/or Good Distribution Practices (GDPs) and knowledgeable about the specific requirements for Australia and New Zealand.
• Demonstrates proficiency in application of QA principles, concepts, industry practices, and standards.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Quality Systems processes (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, etc.)
• Demonstrates a knowledge of regional/local regulatory requirements and industry standards.

· Provide quality initiative support to commercial affiliates, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate standards.

Project and Task Execution:

· Lead quality programs and projects across the APAC and China regions, ensuring alignment with quality requirements and QA processes.

· Participate in program reviews, providing recommendations to ensure quality standards are met.

· Prioritize deliverables and manage project scope, ensuring effective end-to-end QA delivery across teams and sites.

· Regularly report project status to the QA Leadership team using relevant metrics, and track projects concerning resources, time to market, and budget constraints.

· Advise Senior Management on program status and risks, overseeing the decision-making process for project activities within manufacturing sites.

· Coordinate activities between site/project team members to ensure project requirements are met.

· Undertake additional tasks as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering or other technical/scientific area.
• Preferably at least 5- 8 years of experience in QA, Operation or Technical Function in Pharmaceutical, Medical devices environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of quality systems and compliance regulations, including SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, Auditing).
• Knowledge of worldwide GMP regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Manufacturing or Quality related experience in some of the following areas: sterile, liquid, solids or API’s.
• Ability to use Quality Risk Assessment and Root Cause Analysis tools
• Knowledge of inspection and auditing standards
• Ability to navigate and address cultural and language differences to provide effective solutions that meet corporate, regional, and local objectives.
• Familiarity with cultural practices and expectations within relevant regional markets is essential.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate MS Excel knowledge required), Adobe Acrobat, Visio, MS Access. System experience using Trackwise, iQ, Isotrain, and general IT system data entry and report generation desired.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ability to build automated test solution for ETL/API testing using Rest Assured /requests library,
• Being able to propose strategy and solution for Data testing.
• Prepare tooling and script for automating data regression testing.
• Perform and follow-up data regression testing phase as a fully integrated part of the project.
• Build automated test solution from scratch using Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Coordination with application support (BA and developers) and other tester colleagues on creating the automation test suite.
• Preparing good documentation of each automated test process.
• Under the supervision of team head, handle the different integration test phases (planning, test functional coverage and adequacy with functional content) and to manage regression test, integration test on functional test campaign.
• Prepare regular reports on test results.

Skills and Requirements

• Should have experience in creating automation framework from scratch using Playwright / Cypress / Selenium.
• Experience in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of test automation framework with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
• Good Experience in API testing using different tools: Rest Assured (JAVA) or Requests (Python)
• Good command over SQL
• Should have experience in doing ETL (data) testing.
• Must have experience in Jasmine/mocha/cucumber framework used for Playwright / Cypress
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript/Java language and OOP’s concepts
• Should have good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE)
• Must have hands on experience on version control tools like GITLAB / GIT
• Experience in end-to-end testing process • Experience in Docker / Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of tools like Grafana/Kibana/Elastic search is plus.
• Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell)
• Knowledge on AWS CLI

The Survey Experience Quality Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with survey standards and regulations to maintain a high level of quality in survey experiences. This role will involve conducting audits, providing feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall survey process. • Understand the Call Centre Systems and it’s concept
• Analyze and fine tune the speech analytics (SA) content and applications
• Ensure accuracy in system triggers to ensure false alerts are promptly reviewed and addressed
• For Call audits category under SA, ensure business lines conform to audit criteria and participation
• Liaise with business lines and vendor for constant content applicability, comprehensiveness and accuracy
• Perform reporting to key stakeholders on critical matrices in SA
• Ensure SA contents are concise to minimize misunderstandings within other business lines
• The incumbent may be required to support other adhoc duties as needed within the business lines

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and data comprehension expertise.
• Possess at least 3 to 5 years in call center experience.
• Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set out i.e. >85% accuracy in SA triggers
• Strong fact finding skills to ensure correct content are present and necessary.
