Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer specializing in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of electrical control panels. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all control systems are designed and maintained in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.Should be avaliable 24/7.Should able to work overseas. Should have class 3 Driving Licience 5 years experience in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting: Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Component Selection and Sizing: Calculate and size electrical components such as circuit breakers (CB), relays, contactors, and cables. Specify and integrate control devices like PLCs, VSDs, VFDs, HMI panels, and temperature controllers.
• Control Panel Assembly: Oversee the assembly, wiring, and testing of control panels, ensuring accuracy and quality. Work closely with technicians to provide guidance and address any assembly issues.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues in a timely manner. Implement corrective actions and preventive maintenance strategies for control systems.
• Programming and Integration: Develop and modify PLC and SCADA programs for control system applications. Ensure seamless integration of control systems with other automation and instrumentation devices.
• Testing and Commissioning: Perform functional testing and validation of control panels and systems. Commission control panels on-site, including configuring and calibrating field devices and instrumentation.
• Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and user manuals for control systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in control panel design, assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB).

Responsibilities:

Responsible for routine operation of QC lab, including but not limited to:

• Manage the routine operation of QC team to ensure the business delivery at the right quality, cost and speed.
• Management several sub-teams like product testing group, and microbial group
• Lead the team to comply with internal requirements in all aspects via end-to-end quality control system oversight
• Ensure all the activities in QC team performed with compliance of cGMP, data integrity and EHS requirement
• Provide support and technical directions for any technical/experiment work required during investigation and definition of corrective and preventive actions
• Oversight of the training, evaluation and management of the staff in QC lab. Coaching, developing and supporting them in reaching their full potential
• Responsible for the GMP audit from regulatory authorities and clients. Reply to audit reports and create CAPAs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or other related disciplines
