Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of HR Tech software applications.
2. Collaborate with software developers and product managers to identify software defects and ensure timely resolution.
3. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of HR Tech software products.
4. Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and test coverage.
5. Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide feedback on potential quality issues.
6. Maintain documentation of test results and defects, and communicate test progress and results to stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies related to software quality assurance.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in software quality assurance, particularly in testing HR Tech software applications.
3. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
4. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, Java, Hybrid and Modular Framework and BDD Framework.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Expected: SGD6,000/month
