We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing quality audits, and improving clinical governance across our healthcare facilities. This role will involve working closely with various internal teams to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore healthcare regulations, including MOH clinical licenses, NEA safety licenses, and MOM safety licenses.

· Oversee the maintenance of NEHR accounts, Medisave account maintenance, and compliance with insurance and NIR (National Immunization Registry) requirements.

Quality Audits & Clinical Operations:

Quality Assurance of Quality Management Systems

• Assist the QA Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System for CPM GMP, GDP, Halal Certification and other relevant standards required by the local authority. Ensure conformance to the standards and continuous certification
• Assist the QA Manager in developing and delivering continuous training programs to all levels of staff to ensure awareness of CPM GMP, GDP and Halal requirements, and compliance to healthcare guidelines

• Provide support to production in approval of Master Production Ticket (MPT) and releasing of incoming materials such as bulk and packaging materials for production use
