We are looking for a Test Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the operation system through testing and continuous improvement and will work on Projects for a reputed bank.

Mandatory Skill Set:

• Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline;
• At least 1-3 years of experience in software Quality Assurance;
• Prior experience in Manual Testing, UAT or similar roles;
• In-depth understanding of testing methodologies and practices;
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team with good inter-personal skills.

Desired Skill Set:

• Has proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium;
• Certified in ISTQB and CSTE.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and execute test cases while preparing and creating comprehensive test data;
• Utilize in-house GenAI tools to streamline and enhance the creation and enrichment of test cases;
• Ensure timely execution of test runs and completion of test results within established deadlines;
• Develop and implement test plans to validate software functionality against defined requirements and specifications;
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, ensuring effective resolution;
• Conduct various testing types, including functional, performance, security, and regression testing, on software products;
• Communicate test outcomes and identified defects to development teams and relevant stakeholders, collaborating on resolutions;
• Offer suggestions and constructive feedback to improve the software development process and overall quality;
• Work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to refine testing processes and establish standardized testing practices across operations.

• Develop and implement procedures for inspecting, testing, and assessing the accuracy and precision of products and production equipment.
• Design and evaluate inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment.
• Perform quality assurance testing and statistical analysis to evaluate control levels and manage product quality risks.
• Carry out root cause analysis for incidents requiring corrective actions.
• Ensure corrective actions and deviations comply with reliability standards, and confirm that all documentation meets the required compliance standards.
• The role requires applying practical knowledge typically gained through advanced education and relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Mandatory API Q1 and Q2 certifications.
• Required internal audit certification in relevant ISO standards (ISO9001 / ISO14001).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
• Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.
