Our client is a leading RF & Microwave product design. They are currently seeking for Quality Engineer.

The role of the Quality Engineer includes:

• Working with Process Engineer & Engineering team on QC requirement
• Documenting inspection criteria and quality plan
• Work with QA, Process and Product team on corrective action with quality issue
• Work with Process team on in-process audit and FQC audit

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Electronics Product Manufacturing environment
• Control of Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Quality control of in-coming, in-process and out-going products
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 & 45001, FDA requirement
• Able to understand IPC requirement in PCB Assembly, quality requirement of plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping and machining parts

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that ISO13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 systems are adequately maintained, and continuous improvements are implemented
• Coordinate with various functions to ensure awareness and understanding of the Quality Management System.
• Plan and coordinate gap analysis exercises and provide advice on bridging the gap
• Manage and oversee quality audits by plan and ensure quality audits findings and recommendations are rectified and implemented
• Apprise management of quality audit findings and corrective actions taken
• Ensure that the procedures and processes prescribed by the Quality Management System are in place and implemented per requirement
• Review the Quality Management System periodically to assess continued suitability and areas of possible improvement
• Arrange for ISO13485, ISO14971 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 awareness training and further refresher training as needed
• Coordinate and plan work of external audit such as Customer, ISO certification and Regulatory bodies
• Ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21CFR Part 820, and GDP requirements
• Mentor / supervise as assigned and ensure timely and accurate completion of quality projects
• Support Plant wide audit/ inspection activities and special projects, as assigned
• Able to travel for suppliers/customers visits
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

The QA Specialist for Cytiva is responsible to support QA operations in the manufacturing site, such as Change Control, Internal Quality Audit, Deviation and CAPA management, Documentation management, Training management etc.

This position is part of the Quality Assurance Department located at 25, Tuas South Street 1 Singapore and will be working on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Performing batch record review and release, ensuring that products are released in a timely and compliant manner
• Ensuring training program is executed according to training plan. Track and ensure that training is completed in a timely manner
• Managing cGMP documents, ensuring that the procedures and forms are reviewed and revised according to schedule, including documentation archival and retention.
• Performing routine audit trail review of critical data, upholding data integrity (ALOCA) principles
• Printing and checking product labels, ensuring that they meet the required specifications
• Conducting internal quality audits as a co-auditor
• Providing support in both customer and quality system audits, interacting with both external certification bodies and customers in a professional and appropriate manner
• Participating in quality investigations and continuous improvement projects
• Supporting other quality activities such as validation, change control, CAPA where required

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• University degree in the Biological/Microbiological/Chemical Sciences or equivalent work experience
• Extremely detail and accuracy-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Oracle database, Electronic Documentation System) to create spreadsheets, e-mail, memos, graphic, etc. and technical writing skills (create and edit complex procedures)
• Interact with internal and external customers, answering questions in a timely and professional manner
• Problem solving ability (sound reasoning), choose appropriate course(s)of action when given a set of circumstances and exhibit familiarity with specific assigned tasks

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
