Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance and Investigation team and ensure compliance investigation process is appropriately conducted.
• Proactively assist the business with identifying appropriate remedial and preventative actions to prevent a re-occurrence and to understand trends and to analyse and report on such trends.
• Provide advice and support to internal parties including Senior Management and HODs of Corporate Office with related to litigation risk management, dispute resolution, settlement strategy, indemnities and other contract concerns as requested.
• Prepare reports of compliance findings, analytics and corrective actions for Senior Management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Degree with minimum 10 Years of relevant working experience.
• Candidates with Accounting background will be preferred.

Job Description:

• Production testing
• To perform tuning, testing and troubleshooting of RF modules
• Collection and compilation of test data
• To analyse test data and determine tuning values.
• To setup test station and perform temperature cycle test
• To setup and perform environment stress testf.
• To manage and maintain the operations of test station
• To support product transfer, instrumentation control and product testing
• To generate test report
• To support failure analysis, quality improvement, process enhancement, cost reduction and engineering evaluation.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of experience in product testing
• Experience in RF

• Manages the verification activities for Incoming, In-process, and Outgoing products.
• Drives improvement activities through the implementation of various corrective action processes.
• Ensures that all test and inspection equipment used is calibrated.
• Ensures that all Quality operatives are trained and qualified for their respective tasks.
• Acts as an internal focus for all customer-specified requirements, customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions.
• Involve in coordinating product qualification for the new product line in collaboration with NPI, Engineering, and Production team.
• To assist the material department with supplier quality management system development programs.
• To assist the Supply Chain in conveying information about the mineral country of origin, as well as the smelters and refiners used, for updating CMRT, EMRT, and Critical Mineral Survey for all customers.

Requirement:

• Diploma / BA degree or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of QA relevant experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Strong Communication Skills.
