The Opportunity:

· Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, 3-4-4-3 rotation (day/night shifts based on business needs)

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee QC labs, sample retain rooms, inventory rooms, and other defined areas on site.

· Conduct lab analysis following Quality Control Procedures (SOPs), and handle instrument preparation and maintenance.

· Take plant samples (e.g. raw material sampling) and maintain general lab housekeeping.

· Assist in developing new analytical methods and techniques, ensuring data is transferred to SAP and verified per SOPs.

· Report test abnormalities, follow safety standards, and work according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

· Take on EH&S responsibilities, such as maintaining MSDS and participating in safety roles (first aider, fire warden, etc.).

Requirements:

· Open to fresh candidates; experience in a lab setting is preferred.

· Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

· Familiarity with lab safety procedures and ISO standards.

Main objective

The primary goal of this role is to ensure exceptional quality assurance (QA) and solution support for both new and existing Ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct meticulous QA testing for new ecommerce platforms and enhancements to existing platforms.
• Identify and resolve defects and inconsistencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

2. Solution Support & Integration:

• Provide invaluable support for the integration of Digital and Ecommerce central/region solutions with local architecture.
• Manage and support Region 3rd Middleware platforms and facilitate daily operations in Ecommerce.

3. Communication Management:

• Manage and maintain effective communication between central, regional, and local teams to ensure seamless operation and implementation of digital solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in Middleware component development and integrating back-office IT solutions, operations & 3rd Party Logistics Providers.
• Proven experience in projects developed under Agile Methodology.

• Perform QC testing and review of QC data to support the timely release of GeneChip arrays.
• Provide data trending and assist team leads in troubleshooting failure analysis.
Technical duties
• Perform QC testing of GeneChip products to ensure compliance with quality specifications, particularly in compliance with ISO 13485, MDSAP and 21- CFR – 820 requirements.
• Perform target preparation for Cytoscan and Axiom.
• Perform review and disposition of QC batch records for release to QA.
