Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and Implementation of Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP)and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Site QA/QC Audit.
• Responsible for establishing System Turn Over Packages and system handover documentation.
• Asses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on site
• Ensure the project QA/QC plan follows specifications and contract requirements
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site subcontractors and vendors and coordinate all non-destructive testing on-site.
• Review and prepare reports on Authority inspections.
• Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
• Verify the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in the site's internal and external site audits
• Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
• Prepare monthly quality management system, Project rate of rejection, welder performance test, and Non-conformance reports.
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in power plants construction projects
• Familiar with ASME CODE AND AWS D1.1 Code standards
• Knowledge of QC inspection standards and procedures
• Must be independent, meticulous and organised
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Strong commitment to safety
• Willing to work long hours and under site conditions

Project Location: Jurong Island (Transport will be provided at designated pick-up point)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the commissioning and qualification processes for benchtop and process equipment
• Conduct qualification activities for analytical laboratory equipment, including HPLC and GC-MS.
• Author DeltaV recipes for system functionality.
• Develop MES (Manufacturing Execution System) recipes using platforms such as Siemens OpCenter / XFP, PAS-X, and Syncade.
• Conduct cleaning validation activities with a specific emphasis on CIP for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, especially in the context of procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses related to CIP processes and equipment.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Commissioning and qualification experience is a added advantages.
• DeltaV recipe authoring.
• MES recipe authoring (Siemens OpCenter / XFP, PAS-X, Syncade).
• Proven experience in cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical industry.

This role involves testing Cybersecurity products that are being developed using existing testing tools or creating their own automated scripts to demonstrate that the products they assess operate properly and are ready for production or distribution.

They will run tests to gather relevant information about how the product performs and use these test data to determine if there are issues that need to be addressed prior to end-user access. They will collaborate with product development team to discuss test results and develop solutions to the issues identified.

[What you will be working on]

As our Intern, you will be required to/your deliverables are:
