Summary: As part of our continued efforts in digitalisation, we are looking for a talented and experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to join us in the HQ office based in Singapore. As a part of the digital marketing team managing the digital assets for our various B2B and B2C portfolios and brands, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our websites and apps and strengthening our digital presence in international markets. This role requires you to implement effective, results-driven SEO and SEM strategies to optimize our online visibility and outreach, establish strong and competitive web presence across search engines and paid channels, manage edm marketing, and achieve effective goal conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO/ SEM strategies that align with the business and brand’s goals, ensuring improved website rankings and higher visibility in organic search results.
- Manage and implement on-page, off-page and technical SEO
- Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategies, ensure content copy optimization, and achieve competitive positioning.
- Perform ongoing competitor analysis to understand the business and digital landscape to identify trends, opportunities and gaps in competitors’ SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies. The regular findings should contribute and steer our own strategies and implementations.
- Conduct digital media forecast, planning, and execution for Google Ads and other paid online and display advertising channels, bid management and budget optimization for maximum ROI.
- Oversee the health of our digital assets and collaborate with developers to identify and fix any technical issues and ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Manage lead generation and email marketing campaigns, which include optimize landing pages to drive conversions and improve the user experience.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance success, covering key metrics and KPIs, such as website traffic, rankings, click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), complete with data and insights presentation and actionable plans.
- Stay on top of the latest digital trends and algorithm updates to ensure our websites and social media activities remain compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven relevant qualifications and minimum 3 years of experience in similar SEO/SEM role with a strong track record of managing PPC budgets, improving rankings and driving paid search campaigns.
- Proficient with hands-on implementation experience with SEO/ SEM consoles and third-party tools, such as GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz.
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing, programmatic advertising and display networks, and relevant data analytics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and best practices in web and mobile SEO.
- Skilled in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for SEO purposes would be a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as a pro-active team member, have a data-driven mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
