The Role

As the Head of Sales for our growing Singapore office, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across new business in the US, Europe, and Asia. You will lead a high-performing team of four Account Executives – two based in the US, one in Europe, and one in Asia. Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets across the regions, and your secondary focus will be on building out the systems and processes behind the go-to-market motion to increase efficiency and generate valuable data. You will also be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring your team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment, and enshrining the sales process within the Hubspot CRM to measure conversions and drive iterative change.

What You'll be doing:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territories (US, Europe, Asia)
• Develop and document a coherent sales process and then enshrine that process within Hubspot so it can be measured and iteratively improved.
• Develop reports and dashboards within Hubspot that surface the data the business needs to make adjustments to plans.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing Account Executives as appropriate
• Set clear goals and quotas for your team, and hold them accountable for achieving results
• Coach and develop your team members, providing ongoing training and mentorship in sales techniques, product knowledge, and deal negotiation
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Management role, ideally within the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue both as an IC and a manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle and B2B sales methodologies (MEDDPICC & BANT)
• Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams across diverse geographical locations
• Experience developing and managing a sales process inside Hubspot
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data

The Role

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that will fuel the growth engine of Digify.  

You should be able to come up with concepts for interesting and relevant content for our audience and execute by both writing yourself and using external writers to scale content production.  

You should also be able to repurpose and repackage content based on the channel (e.g. Linkedin, email or website landing pages). You have an understanding of what it takes to create engagement on social media, and you know the core principles of creating SEO-optimised content. 

Since we offer a niche tech software it will require a deep understanding of our customers, market and use-cases in order to produce relevant content – previous experience of content writing and/or product marketing for b2b tech startups will help you succeed in this role.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop a deep understanding of Digify's product, customers, target industries, and competitors. 
• Create and execute on a content strategy that aligns with our customer personas and use-cases. 
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product, and customer service, to create content. 
• Work with external writers to scale content production, strong ability to act as an editor. 
• Write content in the following categories 
• SEO-optimized articles and landing page copy 
• Customer case studies 
• Thought leadership pieces and whitepapers 
• Find subject matter experts and interview them for content 
• Manage Digify’s Linkedin page. 
• Help develop sales enablement materials. 
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate content performance to stakeholders. 

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, mass communications, journalism or equivalent 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• At least 2 years of experience writing content for a tech b2b company. 
• Editorial experience in developing article outlines and reviewing articles preferred. 
• Experience with both short (social media) and long format content (ebooks, whitepapers etc). 
• Product Marketing and Copywriting experience are a big plus 
• Good understanding of SEO principles. 
• Good understanding of how Marketing funnels typically work 
• Experience in backlink building is a plus.

You should have experience in developing cohesive marketing strategies spanning product marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and social media management. A deep understanding and insight into the Digify product and its position in the market will be crucial.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Craft and refine a global marketing strategy for Digify
• Effectively lead a team of marketers to execute the global marketing strategy
• Ensure that marketing goals and objectives are established, monitored, and reported on a regular basis
• Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Digify product, its customers, competition, and market segments
• Develop product positioning, value proposition, and messaging that differentiates our product to our key target audiences
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Drive our acquisition funnels and monitor relevant metrics. Recognise trends, troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate growth
• Assist in determining the correct pricing strategy/model for our product
• Review partnership strategies to address our markets
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing budgets

• Demonstrable experience in executing successful B2B digital marketing strategies on a global scale
